Langwater’s own Colton Coburn-Wood faces off against James Beard Award nominee Cassie Piuma of Sarma and Nookie Postal of Revival Cafe + Kitchen. Each chef will prepare a seasonal taco highlighting Langwater’s winter vegetables. You’re invited to savor all three creations—without knowing who made each taco—and vote for your champion.

Widowmaker Brewing and Shovel Town Brewery will be offering their favorite craft beers, showcasing the best Massachusetts has to offer.
