Party details

We host parties on Saturdays & Sundays at 10am, 1pm, and 4pm. All parties are two hours. You bring the food, snacks, and cake, and we provide the farm fun! Parties are $400 and include:

• 20 children/participants (adults & babies are free)
• 20′ x 30′ tent
• 5 picnic tables & 1 side table
• Restrooms, fridge/freezer space, and trash removal
• Power access, if you need it
• Parking for you and all of your guests

Each additional child/participant (up to 35 max) is $15.

We are fully booked for 2025! Please check back in January to book a party in 2026.

FAQs

What is a typical party schedule?

A typical party schedule (for a 1pm party):
12:30 – party hosts arrive, check in at the farm store, and start any set up they might like to do
1:00 – guests start arriving and playing on the party lawn and bounce house
1:15 – hayride heads out around the farm and to the farm activity
2:00 – hayride returns
2:00 – food, cake, presents, general play time and bounce house time
3:00 – guests depart; party hosts start any break down they might need to do
3:30 – party hosts check in at the farm store and settle up any remaining balance due

What food can I bring?

You are welcome to bring (or have delivered) any food you’d like. We are happy to store, refrigerate, or freeze your food/cake between your arrival time and food/cake time. (We do not allow professional caterers or food trucks, nor can we allow party hosts to cook with a heat source on premises.)

What if it rains? Do you have an indoor space?

Parties are held outdoors rain or shine. Your party includes a 20′ x 30′ tent to keep you and your guests dry. The haywagon is also covered. If it rains, we cannot put up the bounce house, and we will refund you $75. In the event of extreme weather, we will contact you to reschedule.

How many tables are included? Can I bring decorations?

We have 5 picnic tables on the party lawn (8’ x 28”). Each table seats up to 8 adults or up to 10 kids. We also include 1 side table to use for food, presents, etc. Some hosts bring tablecloths and centerpieces for the picnic tables. Please note that balloons are not permitted on the farm.

Can I bring activities for the party lawn?

Yes! We recommend bringing lawn games (such as cornhole, Jenga, horseshoes, etc.), simple craft projects, soccer, tag, red light green light, or other activities your family enjoys. Prohibited items include gas grills/hot plates, firecrackers, sparklers, tents, balloons, balloon arches, large decorations, confetti, and piñatas.

What is the maximum number of guests?

The maximum number of children is 35. The party haywagon accommodates up to 40 guests, including both children and adults. The party tent seats approximately 40 guests. Additional adult/infant guests (up to 60 total guests) are welcome to attend, but will not be able to go on the hayride.
