Winter tractor & equipment repair/maintenance projects are wrapping up, so we’ll be in good shape for spring planting to start next month. gennaro welding copyKeeping our equipment happy and running smoothly is a never-ending task, but we always give it some extra love during the slower months in the dead of winter.

Our main greenhouse has been scrubbed top to bottom, our benches and pots are ready for action, and our seed boxes are organized and stacked in the barn. Monday is launch day for the first of our 2020 crops!

We’ll start with some of the slowest, longest-growing crops like Onions and a few herbs, plus some early season crops like Lettuce and Broccoli. Then we’ll pack all the trays into our homemade germination chamber and crank up the heat! We’re so excited to launch the first crops of 2020!
