The farm is so bright & colorful this time of year! We’ve harvesting veggies in every color of the rainbow, from our bright Red Tomatoes to our deep dark purple Eggplants. There are flashy Yellow and Orange Colorful Sweet Peppers, beautiful green Watermelons, bright bunches of Cilantro, and luminous cream-colored Garlic and Onions. It’s like Mardi Gras around here.
