We’ve finished the Garlic harvest for the season and it’s stacked up in the barn, curing so it’ll last through the winter. The storage Onion crop is also running through the curing process in the barn and we’ve been happy with the harvest this year.

Sunflowers waiting to be bunched

Our Sunflowers are also loving the heat and we’re out picking every day to keep up with them. The whole bed buzzes with the happiness of a thousand bees, slurping up nectar and gathering pollen to bring home to the hive. We have a nudge them off the Sunflower faces as we harvest, telling them to move on down the row. They’re happy drunks, so they don’t mind.
