Red, White & Blue New Potatoes!

Summer has arrived in New England and this heat wave means we’re looking for any excuse to cook outdoors instead of indoors. This 4th of July we’ll be hydrating like champs with yummy ​Cucumber Mint Water as we fire up the grill and bring out the veggies. Our Walla Walla Onions and Summer Squash make a great combo when grilled with a little olive oil and salt. And just to reiterate, nothing beats grilled, slightly charred Garlic Scapes with a little lemon juice. Our red, white & blue New Potatoes will add some patriotic color to your potato salad or festive shish kebabs.

Starting this weekend, we hope to have native Massachusetts corn available at our Farmstand! Local corn, picked and eaten fresh is always sweeter and tastier than ears that have been sitting around. And we always make sure we have the freshest corn from our local farmer friends.

Blueberries are here!

For dessert? Local blueberries from Westfield, MA just came in! Or you can grab a Bushel & Crumb pie from the Farmstand. Our friends at Bushel & Crumb were up all night baking Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble and classic Blueberry Maple pies and the results are delicious.

Holiday hours: We’ll be open tomorrow, the 4th of July, from 10am to 1pm. If you have a CSA share and can’t make it by 1pm, let us know and we can switch your pickup day for this week.
